For some days now most of our Etisalat
Chat Pack IP's are down but your
unlimited downloading and browsing is
still very active. Whenever you want to
use psiphon to browse with your smart
pack and you don't have any working IP
with you at that moment, all you have to
do is to use the second method that
means without using any Host address
nor port. Just go to more options
settings and unmark everything there
and then you are now set to use your
smart pack.
