Reviews: This Is The World’s Cheapest SmartPhone Going For $4

While other brands are releasing smartphones with low-end specs and high-end money, an Indian Phone manufacturer – Ringing bells – has launched Freedom 251 – an Android Lollipop based device- priced at Rs. 251 ($4 – or approx. N800 ) making it the world’s cheapest smartphone.
Of course you shouldn’t expect an over the top specs as the dual SIM device features a 4-inch 960×540 pixel display
A 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage with a Micro SD slot expandable to 32GB, you have a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel shooter in front.
And finally a 1,450mAh battery
However, the pictures shown above which is just a graphical representation is not the same as the one shown in a newspaper ad.
It’s worrying to note that the images of Freedom 251 on website and newspaper ad are completely different
